We hope the rain is not discouraging you from getting fit. If you find yourself torn between a workout and vegging out in front of the TV, then maybe it's time to do a little bit of yoga - a series can last from only 30 mins to an hour. Gail's (co-founder) yoga series starts and ends with Savasana (corpse pose). This pose allows your body to melt into your mat and earth to help ground the mind. The slow breathing makes you aware of the present to release any stressful thoughts.
