As we start a new year, we'd like to continue our tradition of sharing our 2016 resolutions / plans.
#1 Better Customer Service
- Respond to inquiries within one (1) business day (forgive us if we don't reply over the weekend or holidays, we too, need a break sometimes)
- Fulfillment of paid orders within one (1) business day
- Fewer 'out of stocks' for best selling designs
- Continuation and promotion of 30-day return policy and 30-day free repairs / replacement
- Launch of new product lines. On top of our bag collection, we will be extending functional graphic-design products proudly made in the Philippines
- Launch of new designs; more collaboration with up & coming and established local designers
#3 Curated Content
- Actively collect and share 3rd party content on anything about design around the world to you. Of course, the only way to get the information is to sign-up to our newsletter, follow us in Facebook, Instagram, or read our blog
- We will be sharing curated content at least once a week
- Contests to reward engaged & loyal customers
- Discounted pre-selling of any new launches to reward Early Birds
We know it's not a lot but we try to keep it simple. As you may or may not know, we are a lean team so we want to focus on what we know we can deliver.
