PdP Electronics Guarantee & Warranty Policy

We at Punchdrunk Panda want you to be completely happy with your headphone purchase. 

In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision due to defects in materials and workmanship, or subpar performance, we want to make things right.

Within 30 days of any purchase, Punchdrunk Panda will refund the full price you paid upon request. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase.

Likewise, your Punchdrunk Panda headphone product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase from online or any of our retailers.

If a defect exists, Punchdrunk Panda at its option will (1) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or (2) refund the original purchase price. This does not mean you can abuse your headphones and expect warranty service. We do not cover normal wear and tear, blown speakers, cut cords, bent jacks, scratches, loss or theft.

This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.


At Punchdrunk Panda, we also try to be mindful of our impact on the environment. As such, we support the E-waste Project, and would like to encourage you, our awesome, like-minded customers to support it as well by responsibly disposing of your old earphones / headphones or outdated music devices.
