Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rate is flat at P100 for orders under P1000
  • Shipping is FREE for orders above P1000.
  • We ship to anywhere in the Philippines from our warehouse in Manila.


    • If you are interested to ship outside of the Philippines or USA, please email us your address and/or postal code, along with the item/s you want to purchase, so that we can get you an estimate within 2-business days.


    • We give out tracking details once your order has been fulfilled (i.e. shipped). You’ll be notified of your tracking number via email. 
    • PH tracking: We ship via XPost, so to track your package, please go to ww.xpost.ph/track
    • Outside PH tracking: please email us to receive your tracking number. We use various services to match your needs.
    • You will also be notified when the order has been shipped.
    • Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If there isn't an update after 48 hours, email us at sales@punchdrunkpanda.com and we'll work with behind the scenes to update your tracking.


    • 2-3 business days upon receipt of tracking number for orders within Metro Manila
    • 3-4 business days for Philippine provincial orders
    • All orders placed during the ECQ will be shipped once the ECQ is lifted. Thank you in advance for your patience!


    • First, check your Order Status to make sure your order was shipped to the correct address.

Check the tracking number issued. If your tracking number has not updated in 2 days or if it shows the order as delivered, but you didn't receive it, email us at sales@punchdrunkpanda.com and we'll start an investigation with our courier.
