- Shipping rate is flat at P120 for orders under P2000 and FREE for orders above P2000.
- We ship to anywhere in the Philippines from our warehouse in Manila.
- Shipping rate is flat at ~$10 (smaller items) or ~$20 (larger items) for orders under ~$75 and FREE for orders above ~$75.
- We ship to anywhere in the USA from our warehouse in LA.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE PH AND USA
- If you are interested to ship outside of the Philippines or USA, please email us your address and/or postal code, along with the item/s you want to purchase, so that we can get you an estimate within 2-business days.
- We give out tracking details once your order has been fulfilled (i.e. shipped). You’ll be notified of your tracking number via email.
- PH tracking: We ship via XEND express, so to track your package, please go to www.XEND.com.ph
- US tracking: We ship via USPS most of the time and occasionally, FedEx.
- You will also be notified when the order has been shipped.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If there isn't an update after 48 hours, email us at email@example.com and we'll work with behind the scenes to update your tracking.
- It typically takes 2-3 business days upon receipt of tracking number for orders within Metro Manila and USA.
- Then, 3-4 business days for Philippine provincial orders
- First, check your Order Status to make sure your order was shipped to the correct address.
- Check the tracking number issued. If your tracking number has not updated in 2 days or if it shows the order as delivered, but you didn't receive it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll start an investigation with our courier.
